which colour did you want to get? nbf have bags from a number of different batches currently. i'd say that half of my nbf bags have started out a tad shiny at first. you can always use a leather conditioner to get rid of the shine. i dont mind the shine at all.

The quality of their black leather varies a lot. I say go for the VM. Has anyone posted a review of sth in Gris Ciment?

those are the new F/W 2012 collection colors from balenciaga. it seems as if they have just received the leather from the italian tannery.

I just got a black work from them, and the leather is very matte, thick, and soft. If you let them know that's the kind of leather you want, they know what you're talking about, and will try to accommodate.

Has anyone gotten the Celine zip tote from Catty? How good is the quality? I am interested but it's always a hit and miss with Catty in terms of the quality of the hardware and the craftsmenship.
