Castagna day RH doesn't stink anymore! The leather is also sort of getting a dark patina which I love!

Ivystar: I did notice that the side rings may be a touch different on my Velo vs. my older City bags which are a year and a half old. Almost like a protective coating of some sort? Maybe you could ever so gently buff a bit of it off (eeks!!) with some super fine grit sandpaper so they will blend in?

more castagna gorgeousness to add to the pile straight out of the packaging; this leather needs no conditioning. it's ultra soft and supple, no veining, no puffing or marbling, just satin smooth, gorgeous true chocolate brown deliciousness. LOVE!!!!!
