I've been buying reps for years and was really active at RepChat until it up and disappeared (what happened there!?). After that I kind of forgot about reps for a while, but oh, I can't quit you, fake handbags.

I ordered gobs from Philip/Angel/Michelle earlier today.

- LV Fleur D'epi in Ivory. Angel and Joy are the only two rep sellers I've found that have it in silver hardware (as the authentics are, not gold).
- LV Epi Neverfull MM in Noir. I bought it to go with the charm, honestly. Not the other way around.
- Chanel Lambskin Jumbo Black/GHW. I already own a black GHW maxi, but it isn't in the original leather (but is still nice). This new bag is in original leather, inside and out.
- Chanel Quilted Lambskin Flap Wallet in black.
- LV Monogram Keepall 55. I bought the gear to heat stamp/emboss leather myself, so this baby will have my initials on its tag.

From Carrie:

Burberry black leather ankle boots. I saw a twice-worn authentic pair on Poshmark for about $250 and was planning on buying them the next day, when I just happened to be browsing Carrie's site and found them for like 80 bucks. Sweet deal.

From a random Ali Express seller:

An amazing replica of a fur trim Burberry parka. I love that you can see picture reviews of items in the feedback of Ali Express.

If anyone has interest, I'd be glad to review them once they all arrive.

I've used Aliexpress a few times now and it's perfectly safe.

I've placed quite a few orders, everything has been ok except for a necklace that arrived broken and one thing never arrived at all! But I got refunds from Aliexpress for both of them within a day of opening a dispute. I'd say it's as safe as eBay, it's just a case of shopping around and choosing a seller/item with good feedback and a good rating.

Thanks for the tips. I want a pair of Valentino sneakers and $85 vs $600 is a much better option.

you can try searching on ioffer. plenty of people sell their used NBF or jacky bags.

i would not be afraid to buy used. even if a bag needs redyed it can be worth it.

I just wanted to share my most recent Catty experience. I ordered a large black Celine Phantom, a mint green Jumbo Flap Chanel, and a beige Maxi Flap Chanel. Admittedly, those probably are not the color names, but I'm at work and trying to pretend I'm being responsible, so I can't look them up right now.

Anyway, I am quite happy with this Catty transaction, though I've had nothing but good experiences with her before. I asked probably 100 questions about color availability and other things--- and she always answered incredibly promptly (even when I know it had to have been weird hours where she is).

I placed an order, paid, and received tracking numbers about a day and a half later. This morning, the packages were delivered to my front door--- seven days after I placed my order. I seriously can't believe how quickly they got here, since usually stuff gets held up in customs for at least a few days to a week.

All three bags are great. They're all substantial enough that they feel real and each has all the right identifying stamps and such. . .at least to my untrained eye. They each came with "certificates of authenticity" and the Chanel Maxi even had a price tag on it for $3750 (a fun, albeit unnecessary, touch). They each came with dust bags, but no boxes. I prefer the beige Maxi over the mint Jumbo because of the pebble texture, but they are both great.

The Celine is what I got for my day to day bag and I like it a lot. My only beef is that the flaps/ bat wings sort of are flopping in from being in the box. Anybody have any tips for making those straighten back out?

you mean the bags flaps are flopping out rather than in?

i have the same exact celine bag from jacky and mine has the same issue (flopping out). one of the flaps i can kinda tuck in behind the zipper, the other side with the tab i cannot. it doesn't want to. i've always used that bag as a workhorse bag so it doesnt really bother me.

I mean the triangle panels that jut out on the sides sort of fold in on themselves, if that makes sense? I know some people pull them in completely and do the bag as a square, but I like the panels to be out and not floppy.

The last few days, I've been jamming the bag full of clothes so the flaps are totally out. . . then leaving it on the bathroom counter while I shower. My theory is that maybe the steam will help "set" the flaps back.

But yeah, the unboxing was so fun! There's something to be said for gathering your friends and doing an order--- you get the fun of the unboxing without the prohibitive cost .

I'm still in the market for a neon pink Chanel flap and I don't think Catty has them. Womp womp.

yes they look really great , you will get a lot of wear out of them, that blue is a lagoon-sea-like blue ! pretty!

I also have the beige jumbo gold (from fang) and it's such a wonderfull bag, really elegant BUT I do find it a bit heavy to carry when it's filled, the chain can be harsh on your shoulder...?

I've only dealt with her last year, which was a very good experience, my beige gold chanel is wonderfull , I also asked pics pre-shipping and all went well, so I am sure she will reply to you soon only downside is that her prices (at least chanelwise) are so high, I wanted the black mini coco but she quoted me way too much so I went with jacky's one but my order still needs to be shipped so fingers crossed it turns out great

i need some advice

I ordered from a new vendor in early Feb and the package was mailed on Feb 5. The tracking shows that it has not moved since! I know there was the holiday for about 3 weeks. But it still has no change to tracking.

I have never experienced waiting over a month for a package from China, even with the holiday.

The vendor, who I am debating reporting until they are shut down, because they keep telling me to be patient rather than admitting its lost and refunding my money/resending.

Any advice? Am I being unreasonable?

Is this ypical from Catty

Hi everyone, this is my first post. Long term lurker I ordered my first LV from Catty and I'm a little disappointed with my stitching on the strap of my LV Arsty MM. On one side only, the braid is crooked and where the yellow threading is the leather is pulling too much apart.
I have attached the photo. Photo is by me. Is this typical or was this just a fluke that I got this from Catty? Maybe my expectations were too high and I'm being too picky? EVERYTHING else about the handbag seems perfect and the zippy wallet I received is on point.
Maybe I should have ordered from Fang (he was more), but I thought I read that Catty was better at LV.
