Olive really is a great colour - but not a bag that I need.

I want to share with you a problem I had with the LV bag Dauville I bought catty. It appears that the trim (I do not know if this is the right word, it is the leather that surrounds the bag) are not in full leather, but they are plastic coated fine leather.
Today with the wear (I used the bag a few times) we see the plastic, and I can not use the bag.
Do you know if the LV jacky have the same problem or if I should ask a special quality to catty?

Second question: is the first time I put on a list of T & D, should I send them an email confirming my order?

Last question: I think I'll buy the chanel jumbo black, like Arisaa. For those who bought one of Jacky, what do you think?

I am in for a Papeete Part Time w/RH or a Papeete city w/RH.
I love Papeete. Do be honest I don't carry my Vert D'eau much.
It is really very pale and washed out for me. I like colors with more
saturation.

Go for Jacky's Caviar Jumbo Black with Silver HW. I have one and it is perfect. I love it a lot. Not sure about his Lambskin Jumbos as I only have Caviar Jumbos from J.

^ Now THAT made me laugh! I had to wait and lurk for months before I got my invite, I wouldn't dare give them out like water. Catty was my first and still my go-to girl...but T&D is easily my new !

Crystal, I just got a black RH city from T&D a couple of days ago and the leather is VERY thick and bubbly, and a tad shiny. I don't mind it but from the sounds of your post, you wouldn't be happy. It's nothing like the leather of my outremer city. I'm dying to wear it out but of course now I can't find any of the 5 bottle of Apple leather conditioner I have (heard that'll mute the shine a little, am I right?) . Story of my life!

Hi all! I've been away for some time working and trying to train my new mini schnauzer. Hope all have been well!

I just made the first spring purchase of a Damier Azur speedy 35, white LV keychain and multi-color porte tressor from Joy. I can't lie - I was lazy and while e2pops looked better on screen, Joy takes cc's and that did it for me. I am NOT in the mood to jack around with wire transfers. The shipping between them, however, was exactly the same. So... I'll be looking forward to a brand new Azur piece (that I've been LUSTING OVER) to break in for the spring/summer as I am wearing my Monogramouflage OUT.

I was on the frenzy of the Alexa until I went and actually tried it on. The flap was not the business for me. Gorgeous though it was, I need fashion, form AND function. So, I've passed on it for now. I have my Birkin purchase scheduled for June and am holding out for some very specific Balenciaga colors. My covered chain chanel is slated for May.

Though nothing shall separate me from the love of all things baggery, I'm trying to plan bags now instead of just purchasing them all willy-nilly without a clue as to WHY I'm buying them. I'm stocking summer outfits (mostly sundresses, cute shoes and sunnies) and planning bags that will go along versus feeding into my inner bag mania and just purchasing bags JUST BECAUSE.

Anywho, it's been a BLAST seeing all of the purchases since I've been away. I can't even believe Jacky still has the same site (famous last words... ) for so long. The new T&D bags look TDF and all of you ladies look FIERCE and FAB with your new loot!

Thanks to a WONDERFUL tfs-er, I now have a new-to-me apple green twiggy.

I was late to work this morning, having spent all night coughing up a lung, and as I pulled away from the house, noticed a package at the front door.

It was exactly what I'd hoped for, and THANK YOU! You know who you are.

So I dumped all my stuff from Joan (who might have to have a "hot wax" depilatory for all her peeling...) into this new lovely AG. I may call her Aggie.

I need to look at Joan under bright light and magnification. It seems as though there are a few "bare spots" of aqua revealing themselves. I dunno if it's from abrasion or just spots I missed. Still, she looks awesome and I don't mind the roughness...just like a well used moto jacket.

I wonder why Bal is so clueless as to not offer the light olive with GGH. I think it would look just the greatest.

Give me a few more days, to get well and get off the codeine. Maybe I'll sound a little more rational.

bagalicious i agree!! i wouldn't try to include a TFS invite with a bag purchase.. to me TFS is a community of fashion lovers, it's not just for those who buy bags off ioffer. there are other threads that count on the opinions of people who are into fashion as a passion and i don't know.. that doesn't seem like a good way of inviting someone. sorry if this is off topic but had to get it out there!
