While we're on the subject of pomme zippy wallets: I was wondering how deep the embossing should be? Mine from Catty has very, very faint embossing and I'm a little disappointed.
Does anyone know what it's like on auths? I know they vary but I feel like mine is way too shallow. I can't even capture it on my camera

Also, for anyone who has a rep zippy LV, do your credit cards fit? The cc slots on mine are a little tight. I guess I just got a dud! Oh well, what can ya do


On another note - has anyone heard anything about T&D's new batch of black leather (quality wise)?

On a different note- has anyone ever received a bag sent from Singapore? If so how long does it normally take to get to the USA..I'm on a deadline..I leave the US in 8 days to go to Europe and I'm hoping i will get the bag in time..anyone??
The item was accepted yesterday in Singapore and is in the singpost system now.

embossing varies on the auths too. some of the recent auths i've seen have light embossing.

my wallet had tight cc slots too, they loosen up as you use it though.

I'm sooooooo ready to place another order with Jacky! I like the new mini PS1's he has. Does anyone know for sure if the measurements are right? I remember there were some questions about it.

I also really like his Miu Miu bag in the new bags section, but, as I stated in an earlier post, I don't know if its a frankenbag since it's all black and the authentic one I've seen had lilac and pink ruffles. Hmmmm.

I haven't yet carried my Mulberry Hayden in Peony or my Mulberry Alexa in nude from Jacky--- I need to carry them quick before winter sets in!

By the way, does anyone think noix and galet look too similar to have both? I know one is in the grey family and the other in the brown family, but I want to make sure it gets use before I order. ALL advice is appreciated

The newest anthra leather looks better than noix leather based on shiny-ness? How's the softness and overall feel of the noix leather SugarBabyLove? I really want a noix RH city but if the leather is shiny and doesn't feel soft I'd rather get an anthra RH city.

black was very shiny and veiny..and look at that now, after the treatment!
the sang leather was very smooshy also before applying the conditioner.
i love them! they're my fav bbags ever!
but this time i went for a noix work..i can't have too much weekenders! lolol

/\In pictures there is a difference in color one more grey one more brown..But its not a HUGE difference IMO..so if you know you will only use one neutral bag having both may be a bit of a waste....However (I'm no help) noix is a brown..so if you need a light neutral brown..noix would be nice, If you don't have a grey...I say galet all the way!

Question foor those of you who have used Leather Revive and Apple Care on bal bags.

I have Apple Care, I would have to order Leather Revive. Do you feel that
Leather Revive is a superior product, or should I try Apple Care first? Never owned a bal before and am anticipating an anthra and black. I'm not 100% sure what the leather is supposed to look like.

Do you think I should just go ahead and order the LR now as I am in the US and it may take a bit to get here or try the AC first?

HandbagDiva - For shine get the Leather Revive! You can actually see it remove some of the glaze from the leather. Apple care is ok for a short fix. But not all that.
By all means get both - and I bet you can tell the difference between the two if you use them both!

I would say though that Leather Revive is not suitable for all leathers. Great for NBFs as the glaze is pretty heavy at times.

i am wanting a noix OR galet bag. i want something to wear with my whiskey H riding boots i bought at a sale late last winter, but whiskey bags like the alexa will be too matchy-matchy for me. that just isn't me. i originally thought galet, but once i saw t&d's i thought it looked so gray, not stone-like with the taupe undertones. i like noix, but i'm afraid it will be too brown for me. i'm not really a brown fan at all, but the noix is calling out to me.

any opinions?
