I am a sucker for sales... huge ones. So I take time looking for sample sales and other big sales. I wonder if it is worth paying for a subscription to newsletters that gives you a list of these sales... like FashionUpdate.com and LazarShopping.com, while there are other resources out there that are totally free such as MyETCETERA.net, TopButton.com, NYMetro.com, and DailyCandy.com.

Has anybody subscribed to these and please tell me the difference between the one that you pay for and the free ones. Thanks!

I definitely wouldn't pay for any subscription to find out about sales...I subscribe to any and every free site that lists sample sales! And if you scour the net you'll find even more on your own!

i agree. and there's a massive post evry month in this forum about upcoming sales.

some subscription also allows you to get first dibs before they open to the public. but you can usually find a link someone's posted to print off the invitation card.
Anyways, most sample sales aren't that good anyways. prices are not always that good and the selection is okay at best.

Not sure where you've been to sample sales at but in nyc the fashion capitol of the world they are definitely on point!
