Posession is one of my favorite movies...she was amAZING in it, wasn't she! As well as Adele H. and Camille...Although even I must admit she's been more toned down in her most recent films...

(Note: I agree about the recent botox but I think her nose and mouth are the same as when she was a teenager...there are many photos and videos available. Anyway. )

she's is gorgeous, mysterious, exotic and sexy all at the same time. i think she will always look the same even at 60.

I'm glad somebody started a thread on Isabelle. When I was younger, I always thought she was the most perfect-looking actress ever! My tastes have changed over time, but I still hold her in high esteem. Some of my favorite snaps:

I thought she looked her best c. SUBWAY. Her face was a little too fleshy and "green" in her youth; she looked more classy and womanly as she matured.

It's incredible how she can tell an entire story just with her face.
