Jennifer Aniston was spotted out in NYC on Tuesday as she visited an Upper East Side Plastic Surgeon. The actress covered up with a big hat, and scarf after getting a 4 hour procedure done in the office. She covered her face with the scarf as she stepped out into her waiting black SUV. She was escorted by a security guard and an assistant when she left.

Jennifer Aniston is gorgeously windswept on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar magazine’s April 2016 issue.

Here’s what the 47-year-old Mother’s Day actress had to share with the mag:

On being married to Justin Theroux: “Married life is so normal and fun and not much different. We felt married for so long… I’m lucky because Justin is the funniest person I’ve met, and we make each other laugh. Laughter is one of the great keys to staying youthful.”

On breaking free from rom-com characters: “I can do other things. I feel a sense of freedom that I hadn’t necessarily felt before. Also, you have to start taking chances in an industry that’s very insecure about taking chances on people. People forget who actors are. They say, ‘You’re too known to play that part. You can’t disappear.’ And we’re like, ‘Give us a chance. We’ll disappear.’”

On maintaining privacy in the age of social media: “We work so hard to maintain some sort of life and privacy, why would we intentionally put ourselves out there? It’s like you’re on TV or on a movie screen. [Fans] see you, hold their phone right up to your face, and take a picture. I’m like, I’m standing right here with a pulse! It’s sweet, though, just…different.”

On actors she’d like to work with: “I had a big tease because [Julia Roberts and I] did a scene together in Mother’s Day, but it was a moment. And Emma Stone I’m dying to work with.”
