The six cast members of the hit TV show ‘Friends’ are to reunite for four one hour specials.

Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry will all be appearing in the shows for £2.5million a piece…not bad.

The deal was agreed with NBC in a secret meeting before Christmas, a spokesperson for MBC said of the deal: "Bringing them back is a dream come true. Ratings will go through the roof."

The sitcom finished for good only a couple of years ago, but producers have managed to pin down all the original cast members to reprise their roles, even Jennifer Aniston who has had the most successful film career since finishing ‘Friends’.

An NBC insider revealed: "She's (Aniston) the one who had been holding out. But she's now agreed to reprise Rachel (Green).”

It is believed that scriptwriters are currently working on new material for the specials that will be screened later this year.

Also, according to IOL.com, NBC are hoping that a second spin –off of ‘Friends’, ‘It’s a Guy Thing’, featuring Matt LeBlanc, Mathew Perry and David Schwimmer will prove to be more successful then the god-awful ‘Joey’...well it couldn’t be much worse.

I'm really excited about this! I just hope that it doesn't end up being a disaster. Hopefully, it'll be good.

Sure she's not the most aesthetically gifted, but that's only a fraction of what the big picture is. If everyone had that mentality, then you'd have a lot of screwed up couples with screwed up kids.

Am I the only one that thought that Jennifer Aniston was the better looking half of the couple? Brad pitt always looked like some peroxided ape that spent too much time tanning and not enough time reading books.
