sean combs is such a great example. he got a lot of flak when thought he could just swoop down and do high fashion like it was a piece of cake too. and you see,how he's evolved,relegated to a mass market. and he got into a lot of trouble with his collections because of his ignorance too. high fashion is hard work and takes a serious amount of determination and meticulous planning to create. and not simply planning a collection but an actual business structure. and gwen stefani,she was not immune to criticism either but let's forget from its inception till 2007 she worked alongside a real designer in Zaldy but since then she hasn't received that much the love. not from the fashion community. most consider her collections afterthoughts these days....passe.
