^ Please do- I really need the room!! I have over 100 binders of Chanel now...mostly from shows, but quite a few others, too! And it looks like the store they were talking about opening near me is not going to happen now due to the economy, so all of my study will be for nought...maybe Karl needs a librarian? Oh, well, the scanner is working again, so let the pictures begin!!

Oh my! there's three international students sitting next to me in the library and they are discussing Karl!!!!!
one of them is telling the other two how he has this 19 year old muse living with him and how he gave up sex many years ago and other random facts.
should I lecture them on the matter? tell them the guy's name is Baptiste?Should I turn my laptop screen and show them Karl smiling in the previous page of this thread?

Ever wondered what a day in the life of Karl Lagerfeld is like? Well, now you can find out. A French documentary has aired showing Mr L being shadowed throughout his working day by a television reporter. The programme, aptly named The Blonde And I (after the blonde reporter following Karl), shows Karl sketching outfits as well as being caught on the hop by Carla Bruni-Sarkozy when she calls him from a live radio show to say Happy Birthday. He’s even filmed at an airport doing a photoshoot and posing in front of a plane, saying 'I look good on the runway.' The show is only 10 minutes long and was shown on French channel Paris Premiere, but we have everything from our eyes to our toes crossed that this will be picked up to be shown in the

Does anyone know where the coming Chanel collections will be staged? There were whispers of Shanghai for Pre-Fall 2010, but is this confirmed? Also, where is Karl and Co. heading for Resort 2011?

It's not to early to get excited about those shows, is it?

^ Certainly not!! Hopefully someone can fill us in...I contacted Chanel's US Headquarters in NY about this very thing a year or two ago and you would have thought I was asking for the PIN number to Karl's Swiss bank account!! They were not..forthcoming- it is obviously closely guarded information...
