Karl Lagerfeld shot a special cover of his man candy Baptiste Giabiconi for the October issue of Wallpaper. Pick up the magazine and you'll see Baptiste wearing a Dior Homme suit on the cover. Peel back the top layer of paper and see Baptiste wearing nothing. The animated image the Wallpaper people kindly sent us illustrates the effect nicely.

he has got to be one of my hero's , forget people looking up to to-bit celebrities instead people need to look upto him , hes 75 , designs for 3 fashion house (around 12 collections a year) photographs for countless magazines , and book publisher to name but a few and still going strong at his age , now thats an achievement and thats why i look upto him
the only bad move hes made in my eyes is keep annoying us with baptiste
and anyone who loves or likes him needs to buy lagerfeld confidential

welcome to the group antonia! if you really have gone through the whole thread as you claim (i do it every morning. the doctor said it's good exercise, hmmm?) you will have noticed "we" are the "third degree" of karl-entourage.
first there's the "battalion de beauté", the boys, Baptiste, Sebastien, (brad)...
then there is karl's army of women, lady amanda, virginie, anna, the atelier premières (not quite venerated like karl, but loved more like our own grandmothers, no?)
and then there's "us" of course. to name just a few members (in no particular order my friends... so let's not start the 'iamabiggerfan' discussion, hm? boomer, ilaughead, KKnardi, ponytrot, Ana, Nakedifiwantto (omg! i think i just fully read/processed that user name for the first time lol), sophia, myself of course...

let me warn you that i randomly post things just like this every once in a while. it's a very efficient method to make sure the people who are reading us are true karl-fans.
An oversimplified explanation is:

1) if you read my post and go

"CREEP!"

then you'll most probably leave the page never to return again.

2) if you read my post and go

"Nothing even vaguely creepy about it...It all seems perfectly normal and healthy to me" (Boomer dixit)

then you are here to stay

if everything goes well, in just a few weeks (4 to be precise) you'll be joking about sharing bottles of Dom with Anna Mouglalis at the Flore waiting for the SS 2010 backstage pictures to come up, interviews, videos, articles, funny kaiser quotes... you will see
