I agree about the neck. In fact, I don't think I will like the dress at all.
It's just not very Kate to me.

And she matched her blue eyeliner to her blue dress.

I believe Kate changed outfits once inside. She is photographed at the after party in a velvet pant suit.

I also believe that she was about an hour late for the premiere not sure why. Maybe last minute wardrobe issues?

I really love the colour on her. I'm not crazy about the actual shape of the dress. I could not imagine how it looks on her without the coat but the contrast of the black and blue is really stunning at first glance.
