Kate Hudson didn't let a messy face stop her from smiling yesterday on the New Orleans set of Earthbound with Gael Garcia Bernal. She's back to working on her film after a quick trip to LA for Saturday's SAG Awards, though she opted out of joining her costars in The Killer Inside Me, Jessica Alba and Casey Affleck, for their premiere at Sundance.

^ The Killer Inside Me is getting alot of flack in Sundance for showing so much violence towards women. I was excited to see it b/c I love Casey Affleck but I don't want to see Kate and Jessica Alba getting beaten to bloody pulps. I don't know if I could watch that.

I had no idea she was doing a movie with Gael. Lucky girl.
Is it going to be her usual romantic comedy?
