I've been wondering that too. Barney's has a pair of over the knee suede Louboutins but they have a much different heel and a platform and are really pointy (and they look a little hookerish where I think the appeal of Kate's shoes are that, due to the lower heel and more rounded toe, they're not as hookerish as over the knee boots often are).

Im not surprised. By placing Kate anywhere other than the top spot Harper's are guarranteed lots of free publicity because the tabloids and gossip rags go crazy for this stuff for some odd reason...

anyway the top 10 is predictably DULL.
