She was wearing a pair of vintage high heals stilettos by Vivien Westwood.
I doudt you'll be able to find them though,as they are from the 2001 spring collection.
I have close ups of this pair of shoes and I got to admit they're truly sexy.
Kate herself said that she loves to wear them when going out with her man,to impress him !...
