it's actually much more affordable than the all croc -- $2140. so there may be hope for you yet.

That must be new. I don't even recall seeing it in the Prada store over the weekend....

actually, it's old. from spring/summer '04. they're doing it for the fall in all leather and nylon versions (and maybe a croc, but probably not this one). I remember seeing it and the all croc version at Neiman's. it doesn't surprise me the boutique didn't have it -- their inventory always seems much more limited than the department stores.

I was down at Bal Harbour in Miami and I was really dissapointed by the inventory in the Prada store itself. But thanks for letting me know it's actually older than I thought!

when the Prada watches came out the boutique referred customers to Neiman's because it didn't have any. and a long long time ago I was trying to hunt down a bag and was told that the boutiques didn't get any, only the department stores. maybe their sales mostly come from department stores so they don't bother stocking up.
