Never thought those two would get together. To be honest I've never really understood Tom Cruise's appeal.

Sometimes I think he's weird looking other times he looks great- it really depends on what he's doing. I had a crush on him in "Far and Away" (I don't care what anyone says I that movie) and he was cute in "Jerry Maguire", "The Firm", "A Few Good Men" and "Mission Impossible". I didn't think he was at all arrtactive in "MI-2", "Collateral", "Riskey Business", "Eyes Wide Shut", "The Last Samuri" and a lot of other things. His acting skill also vary IMO. In some movies (born on the 4th of july, jerry maguire, magnolia,collateral) he's really good. In others (The last samurai, minority report,) It's like he's not giving it his all, just going through the motions.

Agreed, with the exception of Interview the A Vampire, I've never understood his appeal. And even in that film, I think I just liked the character he was playing

Ok, I agree this is kind of a random couple...I wonder how they even met? It is possibly a publicity thing, but Katie Holmes at least doesn't seems like that kind of girl. She appears to have integrity, at least to me.

I don't think it is that weird or gross for a 26 yr old to date a 42 year old. not that big a deal. I actually think they make a cute couple, they look a little bit alike...what do you think?

well i don't know about some of the color-blinded people, but i see A LOT in both, especially in TOM. I mean not a lot of guys are younger than he is and don't look as half as good as he does, hollywood or not, so then again, these might be the same peeps who think that Jude Law is the most God given thing on this planet, go figure.
