Keeping up with the Trumps

Looks like Ivana hasn't adjusted well to flying comercial since she lost the use of her ex-husbands' 727...

Ivana Trump's meltdown on a Delta-Northwest flight from West Palm Beach, Fla., to La Guardia wasn't the first time the divorcée ran afoul of fellow passengers. Just months before she was taken off Saturday's flight pre-takeoff after calling nearby children "little [bleep]ers" and berating flight attendants, Ivana acted "miserable that she was put in coach and not first class" and spent her time "complaining the nearby children were acting like monsters," Page Six reported in September. Fellow passenger Andrew Frank said she called his two kids "barbarians" and told him to "shut them up." Muttered one jaded jet-setter, "I guess there's no point in inviting Ivana to the New Yorkers for Children ball this year." Plus, sources say, two summers ago -- on a stopover in Athens en route from Nice to Mykonos for a party -- Ivana was so abusive to airline personnel, they wouldn't allow her to board, and she had to take a later flight.

Civilian life must be so hard for her  In fairness kids can be a pain on planes but instead of freaking out you could always ask the parents to keep them quiet. It's not like the parents want to go an entire plane ride hearing their kids complain or anything. It's so funny IMO to see a grown woman diminish herself to a spoilt brat. Get a grip Ivana.

This is..confusing? Bizarre? Plans really changed and no one is admitting it?? Weird... From CityFile 12/31/09..

Ivanka Trump has many gifts. Who knew the ability to travel across time and space was one of them? Zac Posen supposedly hosted a dinner for nine of his nearest and dearest, and Ivanka and Jared Kushner were among the guests. But the couple headed off on their honeymoon last week, and were bound for Mozambique as of yesterday. Go figure.

Heaven only knows what all of this is about...

SAM Kekovich believes that "as a planet, we are not eating enough lamb".
This is the brutal - tongue-in-cheek - assessment by the former footy great in the latest Meat and Livestock Australia TV advertisement.
And, after declaring that "unAustralian behaviour is rife world-wide", Mr Kekovich has also convinced US billionaire Donald Trump to join his cause.
Mr Trump backed the campaign after being approached by Mr Kekovich in New York, saying it could promote peace and goodwill.

This should be...interesting... There are now about six properties of 'his' going through the same mess- Donald's big mouth is finally catching up with him...He wants every building on earth to be 'his' brilliant idea that he reached into his endlessly deep pocket to build- until there is a problem; and then he had nothing to do with it all along..

More join lawsuit against Donald Trump over failed Tampa tower
By SHANNON BEHNKEN | The Tampa Tribune
January 15, 2010
TAMPA - Ten more individuals and companies have joined a lawsuit against The Trump Organization and Donald Trump, saying they were duped into investing millions of dollars in the failed Trump Tower Tampa Project. There are now 41 plaintiffs, and they say they purchased because they thought Trump himself was building the property.
The real developer was SimDag/Robel LLC. Trump leased his name to be used on the project to induce buyers to purchase, according to the lawsuit, which was originally filed in November in Hillsborough County Circuit Court. Because of jurisdictional reasons, the suit has been moved to federal court in Tampa.
The 52-story tower was supposed to be built along the Hillsborough River on Ashley Street in downtown Tampa. The developer ended up filing for bankruptcy. Trump sued SimDag in 2007 for unpaid fees and for not completing the tower. A settlement agreement was reached in that case, but Trump filed another suit against four of the company's principals in December. According to that suit, the defendants stopped making payments.

So, Ivana, in between getting thrown off of airliners, is on Big Brother in Britain...and she did some modeling in her underwear...I need to make a call to the doctor to have my eyes fixed, but here is a still from The Sun. Her kids must be so proud...sad, sad, sad....

Trump SoHo No Longer Opening February 1st

Remember when we got all excited that Trump SoHo had announced an exact opening date rather than giving us a vague “opening early 2010” or “opening Spring”, like so many other hotels? Well, scratch that. The hotel will no longer open on February 1st. Bummer.
First there was the lack of Trumpian fanfare that you expect to precede a grand opening, and then we heard from a reader that February bookings at the hotel would not be honored. What gives?
Trump SoHo’s general manger David Chase confirms that February 1st is no longer the opening date—and that at this stage no new date has been announced.

So according to the NY Times, the Trump Plaza Jersey City (what an elegant name...), which was to be two 55 story towers, has one finished and not even half sold and the second one forgotten now that the bank has taken over the building when the builder went under (the Trumps' name was used and had nothing to do with the construction- what a shock...) And now, they are re-branding it as a super elegant Trump Plaza Residences (with a new logo and a new gold-lettered sign over the door!! A million bucks a shot- I'm in!!). and guess who is doing the new ads and promoting it all- Miss Young New York Socialite Elegance herself! Maybe they can sell her shoes in the lobby?

I notice that Donald's teeth are an exact match for his shirt ...

Some more details on Ivana's latest charm offensive..

Socialite Ivana Trump had to be escorted off a plane after launching a foul-mouthed tirade at noisy children.
The former wife of billionaire property mogul Donald Trump started screaming the F-word as several excited youngsters ran up and down the first-class aisle.
The grandmother of two became even angrier as flight attendants tried to calm her down, allegedly rushing towards the cockpit.
When the pilot asked her to leave the New York-bound flight before take-off, the hysterical Miss Trump refused to budge.
The former Olympic skier and model, 60 - who filed for divorce from her much younger fourth husband this month - was eventually 'physically escorted' back to the terminal by security guards, officials said.
From the initial contact until Miss Trump left the property, she was saying "f*** you" to all the deputies and called the children "little f******",' said a police spokesman.
'She was so belligerent towards other passengers and crew that the plane returned to the terminal.'
She had apparently started complaining as soon as she boarded the aircraft, demanding to be moved to another seat in first class.

At first she was said to have put on a set of headphones to block out the noise, but a crying baby sent her over the edge.
Passenger Vincent Cone said: 'She was swearing at the baby.
'The reason she got so upset was the children and she started screaming, "I want to go back home".
'The pilots asked her to leave and she sat back down and refused to leave. Then they went and got a security guy. She kept saying, "Let go of me!".

'Everyone was leaning into the aisle, trying to get a good look, saying how crazy she was and how annoyed they were at how she was delaying the flight.'
The ruckus meant the Delta-Northwest flight from Palm Beach, Florida, was postponed for two hours.
Miss Trump was not charged with any crime, however, and although the FBI was informed about the incident on Saturday, an investigation was not launched.

Age 60, please ... I say a very wrinkled age 3.

^ Yes, and evidently from the Big Brother picture, still in Playmate shape!
Although, I do have some pity for her since it is well known that her wine problem is very serious- I doubt she knows what is going on a lot of the time.... :(

So Ivana gets thrown out of the Big Brother house, and has this typically charming greeting for the people outside of the TV studio...What a wonderful girl... (And for some mysterious reason the kids are so polite...)

It is often very difficult to know when (or why) to take Donald seriously...This is bizarre... (And I'll bet Ivanka is really thrilled to be included...)

Ivanka Trump to Manage Stuy Town and Peter Cooper Village

Stuy Town Reporter has received word through his sources that The Donald (Donald Trump) is set to buy Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village sometime in February. The deal is close to being signed and may even happen in the next few days, with the official announcement coming a week or two thereafter. Not only is the prospect of buying the mega property appealing to The Donald's ego and his appetite for grandeur and controversy, but he is fueled by a hitherto undisclosed rivalry with Jerry and Rob Speyer, who let go of management of the property this week after acquiring it, with heavy investment, in 2006 for 5.4 billion dollars. "Trump despises the Speyers," said one source, "and thinks he can turn around Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village and make the property profitable." The kicker is that Trump has said that he wants to place daughter Ivanka in the position of managing the complex. Speaking of Jerry Speyer's son, who was in charge of Stuy Town/Peter Cooper Village, Trump stated: "Rob did a lousy job with Stuyvesant Town, and Ivanka can do so much better. She's a good kid with great instincts and, of course, has a superb background to make this property a shinning beacon in the city--and the world."

Apparently Ivanka has already checked out the property and is eager to reinvent the current four Oval Essentials to Oval Salon, Oval Chocolate, Oval Fashion and Oval Jewelry. Our sources also tell us that chances are good that the entire complex will be renamed Trump Town, and that the far-sighted Donald is even considering building a lavish casino on the property should the city legalize gambling in the future.

She's quite responsible though so Im not surprised she's a part of this. She's not your typical spoiled child (compared to other celebs kids that is) Which is GREAT.
Breath of fresh air!

^ I stll can't believe they are really doing this...what's next- "Trump Used Car Land!! The finest, most fantastic used car deals- ever!! Free, life sized poster of Ivanka in a bikini with every test drive!!"

 ^ i take it you're not impressed with donalds decision.
salon, chocolate, fashion and jewelery are involved.. who better to handle it than his daughter? ;)

(i cant believe im talking about him like hes my best mate or something.. 'donald..' haha) :p

^ I've been around his particular behavior for way too long....This one makes no sense at all to me, especially since he is almost without a doubt weeks away from losing all of his casinos (where they even want his name removed from the buildings!) Why and how he would do this is very bizarre- even for him!
