It's the first thing that caught my eye. And I think her breasts look fine, she has really small boobs so they didn't reduce them - if that's your point... But this dress (on the left side) looks really weird. I think it is rather the material - not her breast. To much smoothing, whitening etc. It's shocking how bad this cover is. They really did a bad job.
