After I changed my hair color while I was in Korea everyone though I was Japanese and my friend told me that it was because of my hair and I asked her why because I had seen so many girls on TV that had a different hair color than black, and she said that it was mostly people on TV that had lighter hair color than black. Also she told me I looked Japanese because of my coat..it's leopard..

I had to bleach it first then dye it red. I was scared my hair was going to be crispy fied. I'm thinking of getting a perm also, so it can be a bit curly like that. Haha.

What color did you dye your's?

Speaking of hair, I'm glad SNSD is going back to dark hair. I always liked them better that way; more natural looking.

I really like the natural look but I so wanted to dye my hair when I was in Korea since it supper cheap compared with here in Norway.

Anyway one thing I noticed when I while watching BoF is that the JanDi character behaved a lot like the main girl character in My Little Bride. And also how come they there's no kiss until the 7th or somethin EP? I mean isn't BoF a romantic drama with high school kids?
Maybe I'm just too used to "Skins" where they jump in bed for absolutely NO reason what so ever

Haha. Also, if you notice, there "kissing scenes" just look like they just peck and the camera pauses on that. Korean media is very conservative with anything that involves "sexuality". The only drama I've watched so far that has a real "going for it kissing scene" was My Name is Kim Sam-soon.

Yeah, Skins was very out there. I think reality is somewhere in between BoF and Skins. I'm pretty sure most everyday people will be willing to kiss people they've known for just a few months, but won't go out have sex with them like in Skins. But they won't wait 'til forever though like in BoF. Haha.

I know..but it's a bit weird for me since I grew up with kissing scenes at least in the second part of the first EP..haha but I guess you're right. They're a bit conservative in Korea, at least compared with Europe..

Yeah, they're very conservative. Especially towards females. Like a channel banned a music video because the singer showed her back that was tattooed and stuff. She didn't even show her butt or anything. I wonder if they ever show Madonna's or Britney Spear's music videos, or Lady Gaga's.

Ummmm, it's a dude from a boy group. He's name is Taemin. The group is SHInee (shiny). Their music isn't really good, but their image is normal and natural looking compared to other groups.

Yeah my friend told me that it was a bit unusual for girls to have tattoos But the weird thing is that I got all mine done there..hahaha

Anyway I'm so glad that my Korean mum is nothing like JanDi's mum or Jun Pyo's..hahaha

I think his hair for the new drama is less curly than that in BoF. I guess he likes his hair wavy and not straight. But those curls in BoF were waayyyy too tight. Haha.

Speaking of conservatism; it's funny how people in Korea criticizes these kinds of outfits by actresses:

I know..but it's totally the same with the states tho..Like the freaked out over JJ's boob slip but USA is also the biggest producer of p*rn. And having Britney in a "sexy" school girl uniform is IMO more suspect than a boob

OMG, there was a survey done about the biggest sinners in the world and South Koreans spends the most on pornographer since there's no p*rn industry in Korea so they have to import/buy it in other countries so it's more expensive. Plus, illegal downloading of p*rn*gr*phy is probably just as hard as trying to cross the sahara without a camel.

Japan was 2nd, and I've been to Japan and it's believable. I saw so many p*rn*gr*phy shops in the most random places.

Well I have to say that I totally understand them..I mean when you look at the K and J-dramas they have with no sex at all Also I know for a fact that Koreans and Japanese people work very hard and a lot so they don't have alot of time for the real thing

could someone please help me, I have such a hard time pronouncing the Korean names in BoF.. I really hate not being able to refer to the characters by there proper names..hahah it's a bit silly but I would really like to know how to pronounce their names. Not jandi and jun pyo's but the rest of the bunch

Yoon Ji Hoo: yoon (like tune or car-toon) gee who
So Yi Jung: so (like, so what!?) yee jung (like lung)
Song Woo Bin: song (don't emphasize the "o", so it almost sounds like you're just saying the "sss" and the "ng") woo bin (those two are self explanatory)
Chu Ga Eul: choo (like, achoo!!! but don't emphasize the "oo") ga (hard "G" sound) yul (like tulle, the fabric)
