I get dressing however you want in your personal life, but to attend events dressed like this just seems rude. I know Sundance is very casual, but even her male cast mates look neater than her.
She reminds me of a grungy/hobo Lizzie McGuire with those braids.

I like it. The grunge look suits her. I prefer this to when she's overly neat and dressed up. This seems more like her personality so I say go with it.

I don´t like the hair or the outfit (looks like a movie version of a "wrong side of the tracks" LA character imo) but why this obsession that she doesn´t wash her hair?! check out the recent portraits and dinner pics, how is that hair not clean?

Her hair is obviously clean. There's just product in it. I don't mind her her outfit as it is Sundance and no one expects anyone to dress up.
