i am so out of the kristen loop but she and her new (?) girlfriend are adorable together! i absolutely love her girlfriend's quirky style; it's a fun counter-point to kristen's slacker-americana.

On the plus side she looks gorgeous in the trailer, on the downside her acting is the same as always and playing a non-emotive character probably wasn't that great of a move for her as it calls to mind that she always plays that character, even when she shouldn't be.

She knows her acting range, I guess? That's fair. Not everyone is Meryl Streep or Daniel Day Lewis. What tools are in your toolbox as an artist, that's what you use to the best of your ability.

But um, yeah, this trailer looks terrible, the leads don't seem to have any chemistry. I really can't sense the sort of restrained passion in them that they're trying to hint at. But perhaps the film is different.

i don't see any chemistry with Nicholas either... and as much as i love these kind of dystopian scenarios, this film looks like sth we've seen a hundred times before...

i have high hopes for the new Woody Allen film though. the trailer looks good and i really liked her and Jesse in Adventureland!
