To me, the age debate is sometimes so useless reguarding what is appropriate. Generally speaking, the normative standards of acceptability in working age stem heavily from what each country sets as a minimum age of employment. Is 14 too young to model? It all subjectively depends on who you ask.
Being a model, is quite similar to being a product for consumption by the fashion elite, and eventually the population. Her image is purchased and marketed and crafted in away that captivates what she is ultimately selling for the company. So if the industry is accepting and energetic about her at this very moment in time (as in, her image is compatable with current aesthetics in the modeling industry), then by all means, let her work. Let her model her little heart out if it makes her happy. After all, if she waits three or four years, there's no certainty that she'll be accepted then or still signed.
I for one have always loved the way Kristina looks, and I would hate to have her wait three years and find that there is no longer a place for her. That's all. Wow. Far too serious of a post for my liking.
