Ok -I need some help -which would you prefer: the Rowington or the Grantham?

the rowington, definately! i used mine every day of my vacation, it's easy to get in and out of, and holds just the right amount. i think the other one may be a bit bulky and from what i have heard from folks over on TPF, they also prefer the rowington.

Thanks for responding Jun! Yes, definately the Rowington. I initially bought the Grantham, took it home and wasn't crazy about it. I think because of the coated canvas on a tote, it made the bag very bulky and hard. Plus the flap on top was pretty annoying. It kept jabbing under my arm.
So, I tracked down a Rowington and did an exchange. I am very happy with the bag.

nice to hear! i'd love to see some pics of it! i saw the silver color-way at the nordies down in san diego, but wasn't too impressed. i think the cheetah and saddle print is gorgeous and also the black leather. i saw that black bowler that was pictured above and it's gorgeous IRL....i was this close to getting a clutch in the black leather....but it wouldn't fit in my rowington as a wallet, so i had to pass....

I wanted the matching wallet that was on the anniversary sale but it was sold out - apparantely in all the nordstroms across the country !!

i think perhaps you were one of the last regular posters i expected to get a LAMB bag...honestly....so what else could i say but HELL YAH!

i'm so in love with the design to these bags. i saw the first series IRL a while back...and there was something about them...but from a bag design eye, gosh damn arent't they genius???!!!! i love the lining and the dustbag even! and the mix of materials is really really interesting as well. I'm pretty pleases with the quality as well, as first time handbag lines usually have some issues here or there....but i feel like these arre very well thought out. (the one thing that worries me is the handpainted line...but so far it's doing good)

plus, the interior has a ton of pockets and things to keep everything organized. yahoo!

and congrats on the all leather one luna! i got my eye on a few of the all black pieces

I was totally intothese bags when I saw them, but just didn't want to pay full price!

Your bag has a painted line???
