I saw a documentary about paparazzi and he said that some celebrities (usually the C and D listers) sometimes call the paparazzi themselves and say I'm going to at this place. Sometimes the publicist call. I get the feeling that this is what happened here. She's giving the camera that 'Hey you came!' look. As far as fashion sense goes, I haven't seen one cast member with any.
