I don't like these much. Most people I see wearing them just look sloppy

Cute. I have a jean one stashed away somewhere in my closet, I may just have to pull it out this Fall.

Some of them are nice, personally I wouldn't wear them. On the website the first one reminded me of a moo moo

They have to be very tailored to look good, imo. They're nice, but I don't own any.

I agree. When they aren't tailored they look like sleepshirts

I have a very nicely tailored shirtdress that I bought about three years ago, but I hardly ever wear it because it's so...rigid - the tailoring makes it too stiff to really be comfy. that, and the style just isn't me... but I do like the look on certain people...I have a magazine cutout of lee radziwell, I think, in the 1970's wearing a shirtdress and giant sunglasses, and the look is very elegant. They look cute on models, like hell on me.

I have one which I wear open over trousers, but I use it more like a tunic or a long jacket.

It seems like they have been trying to make these be in since 1998, but they are not flattering to the majority of women.

I love shirtdresses. I have a short sleeved denim one and a long sleeved black one, both with lycra and both fitted. They're so easy to throw on and flattering.

i like shirtdresses. Apparently the black topshop mini shirtdress kept selling out of the oxford circus branch, so they must be popular. Hugo Boss did a beautiful grey mini striped one, very secretary chic, which I loved.

I  them but it doesn't seem like it would flatter everyone/most people.

Do you have any pictures of the HB shirtdress, impossibleprincess?

I think they are quite classic... I have like 4. Very comfy, hide almost all imperfections and give you a great shape, just so long as you get one with a belt.

    I like them.

Love that first one, not with those heels though, I'm already thinking possible outfit combinations.
