but its too hard to find a real flatering one..
the proportions need to be perfect , including length,
those here are a bit short to look flattering...

very available over here, we even had them sold at

Ohh I love the shirtdresses posted here. There's one that I would give anything to get from Ann Taylor. Karen Elson is wearing it in the new Ann Taylor ads.

The ones posted are pretty on the models, but I agree that it's hard to find what that fits and flatters, because of the shape.

I wanted to get plain white mini one with short sleeves. Figured I could put a brown belt around the middle with some interesting design on, sort of like how Kirsten Dunst wore hers! I thought it looked cute.. however, wouldn't be so great for autumn/winter!

I love them, but you have to be tall to pull off the look. I think the key is to make sure the shirtdress comes at mid-thigh, and most of the ones that are in stores come to knees on most people.
