I used to love Nicole Richie b4 I heard of this Cluballah crap... i'm pretty sure its serious.... i mean there are strick guidelines for being apart of the cult.
Its such crap... it's a superiority thing... i mean you have to be filthy rich and have your pictures on wireimage to be able to get it. Yet if they didn't have those famous friends nobody would give a rats **** about them

i think its half serious in that they are recognising their own superior position with getting into clubs without waiting etc. but the name is obviously a play on kabbalah and in that way i think its half joking
