Lily is to be in the new Gucci FW campaign

For another model departure, Gucci has finally said good-bye (For the second time) to its queen for the past few seasons, Natasha (#5). Those prepared to take over compose a eclectic set -- veteran Lily Donaldson (#11) will lead versatile Kasia Struss, underrated Ksenia Kahnovich, and recent runway exclusives Masha Novoselova and Abbey Lee Kershaw in the FW08 campaign. This will be the first time in a long time that the label has settled for more than just one or two girls (Not to mention five that have never fronted its campaigns before), but whether the reworked creative direction will be successful is anyone's guess. The only certainty now is that select model fanbases will indulge in copious celebration.

She said in the article about her style in Vogue Paris recently that ''Babe I'm Gonna Leave You'' (my personal favourite) and ''Ramble On'' by Led Zeppelin are on her playlist. In Camden Cool article in Vogue UK, it said that ''her iPod is a jumble of punk and rock 'n'roll, more old than new, with lots of Johnny Cash and Jimi Hendrix''. There is also mention of Radiohead, The Velvet Underground, Neil Young, and again Led Zeppelin in the same article. Hope I've been of some help
