It's definitely Lily in an edit from Vogue China March 2006. And Vogue Portugal often uses reprint covers so that's likely to be a real cover.

yep, it's a reprint,
the shot is so old that i don't even remember what magazine it was from or by which photographer it was taken,
but it's definitely lily,
and the shot is cropped btw, it was a full length shot

i don't see any reason why it wouldn't be a real cover,
and i wouldn't hope for scans since vogue portugal is probably the least popular [and respected] vogue edition i the world
