The contributing factor to her success, I think, is that she's very interesting to look at. She can't be called 'beautiful ' - at least not at first glance - but she makes you stop and take a second look, not in a bad way either. Which isn't something that can be said for the hundreds of other girls aspiring to make it big. She's different, as in REALLY different. It's not like she's got a slightly funny nose or a slightly wonky smile... It's like, EVERYTHING about her is non-conformist to the conventional standards of beauty - the gap in her teeth, her dimples, her pout, her chin, her nose... Her face is one which commands attention - either you're gonna love it or hate it, but you can't ignore it. Now how many such faces can one think of? :P This factor compensates for her height (I don't think she's even 5'9). Oh, and that she looks healthy and not like a bag of bones helps too.

Yes! Everything you said is so true. It's refreshing to seeing her walking down the runway with her uplifting pace looking so radiant and glowing (specially when she lets that infectious smile take over). There's nothing blank with her. The thing with Lindsey is that she doesn't look like a model BUT she was born to be one (does that make any sense? :lol:). That's why she's a gem in this industry.

Apart from her already interesting features, she sells what she is wearing. That's truly a model. So glad that fashion is pushing beautiful people - not only in feautures but also in personality - like Lindsey.

From what I can remember from her Models.com feature, you're right, she's not 5'9". She's 5'10". :lol::flower:

She's obviously doing very well, so she must be liked by casting directors and designers. But, I am still not a big fan. Don't really know why.
