But how about those who actually died?

OMG!!! Why in the world would Kate tell Jack and Juliet?!?!?!?!??! <white writing
This episode was crazyyy!!!!! So much to digest!

yeah but in front of Juliet?! She is so dumb! Even when Sayid told her to keep it quiet.

Oh man, I thought Kate was just dumb tonight :judge:

And the letter! I wanted to know what the rest of the letter said!

It's like forty things are going on all at once: Locke's journey, Sawyer's quest to expose Juliet, Juliet's secret agenda, Sun's impending death due to her pregnancy, Naomi's appearance...

Yeah, it's has been very busy
I don't quite understand Sawyer's back story on that letter.
Can't wait to see what will happen to Juliet in the next epp and how Jack will react to that recorder. Maybe she will come up with an excuse.

^I think that Jack knows about the recorder. I think he knows that she wasn't really left by the others.

The story with Sawyer and the letter was explained in the first season I think. If I remember correctly, he wrote it as a little boy, and was carrying it around to give to the man who conned his mother before he killed him.

^when did you start watching the show? Because that letter was explained in the first season. Jack is so stupid and what is it that Jack and Juliet need to tell Kate?
Apparently we should pay attention to these two questinos from Doc Jensen @ ew.com. He usually writes a teaser the day of a new episode. Here is the link to this weeks teaser, although he didn't really give one. Here are the two questions for readers:
What's Ben's plan?
What's in the bag at the end?

^Whoa, that second question gives me goosebumps...is it not what we think it is?

As for the letter -- yes, I remember his flashback with it in 1st season very well! But were the contents completely shared? He seemed very eager to have "Tom Sawyer" read all of it...maybe I'm just overthinking

well in the letter i thought it said something about "I will find you and kill you one day" or something like that.

Now I remember! First season...God, that's sooo long time ago.:p

Maybe what Juliet wants to tell Kate is about the communication system on the island?

^Hm, I think Juliet wanted to tell Kate about the high sperm count ( ) men have on the island -- since Kate and Sawyer are obviously making whoopee, Jack/Juliet probably wanted to warn her (Whether with sincere intentions or not)?

And does anyone else think that Naomi is potentially Sayid's love interest (Assuming she's telling the truth about what she knows)? :shifty:

I think she is telling the truth and that would be a good love interest for him! Btw, does she look familiar to anyone else?
edit: wait I just looked her up on imdb and now I know where I know her from! Shes from that dumb Martin Lawrence movie "Black Knight"!

Ooh Faith, I agree that Naomi is potentially Sayid's new love interest. Their banter tonight at least makes me hopeful for that. They've got chemistry, even in those few lines. Marsha Thompson is very beautiful. Nice to see her on Lost

Tonight was really mindblowing. I think this was on par with the quality of the episodes in Season 1 (which I think is entirely flawless season of television) I was really moved by Sawyer's struggle this episode. Even though it was fairly Locke-centric I thought Sawyer was great in this ep. We got to see him vulnerable and unhinged in a way we haven't that many times before. Usually he maintains his cool.

I also love that absolutely no one trusts Jack anymore. His faith in Juliet has been completely questionable. I don't see how he can look past her status as an Other and put so much trust in her.

I can't wait for next week I'm hoping that Sun will open up a can of whoop *** on Juliet once she finds out the truth.

The thing about Flight 815 crash is a total mystery to me. Naomi said Fight 815 was found off the coast of Bali. Don't you think it is strange that a flight from Sydney to LA would crash there? If the crash is a cover-up, it's not a smart one. No wonder Sayid thinks Naomi is lying.

According to the producers, there will be a "bloody war" between the others and the losties when the others try to take the pregnant woman away in the season finale.

I've read theories about there being two realities and I guess it could make sense after watching this episode. In one reality the plane is found in the water with no survivors and in another they land on the island. The only thing that threw me off is Locke's father's explanation of how he got there. < white writing
