Has everyone been watching the Missing Pieces episodes? Some are funny but a couple are so creeeeeeepy. I love the one with Jack and Ben playing chess - Ben has always struck me as one of the best villains ever and there is something just disturbing about him even in the more neutral scenes. Perhaps its just his eyes - he always looks like he's hiding something...

You can watch the Missing Pieces here. There is a 5th one that isn't up yet but it involves something to do with Juliet. I'm quite curious to see it. Here is a Youtube link for the first four in case you have trouble accessing ABC.com.

The missing pieces fill in the blanks in between some of the episodes. They answer (or pose) questions that haven't been touched on by the series just yet. And add to the mystery. I think if you have a Verizon phone you can get them sent to you each time a new one arrives. I'm not on Verizon so I have to wait for Youtubes or to see them on ABC.com but I find they're interesting and even though they're so short I think they give me a little bit of a quick fix while waiting for Season 4 to start.

Which makes me sad because I loved it so much
Maybe I should buy Season 3 on DVD & have a LOST-fest to rekindle my interest...

That sounds really interesting! I have to check it out because Lost can be kind of confusing at points.

I can't wait for the new season. But I kind of agree that it has lost my interest a bit because it has been gone for so long.

FINALLY

I've been waiting so long for this. Lost has been my favorite show since it came on and I can't wait for it to start up again. I was just thinking the the other day how much I actually missed Ben's villainy.

This new trailer looks incredible - I can't wait to see how they're going to top the finale / answer the myriad of questions presented by the finale.

Oh don't get me wrong, Ben is evil (and deserving of many facial kicks) but I always root for the bad guys and Ben is one of the baddest bad guys ever. He's just so beyond the normal scope of evil - even when he's not doing something evil I'm still a little scared of him.

I was actually hoping Jack would maim him a bit more in the finale last season but alas it was not meant to be. I look forward to his antics this time around as I only expect him to get more ruthless as time progresses. I'll always have hard feelings towards Ben for shooting Locke but at the same time he's just so interesting to watch on screen. You can see him manipulating the other characters in such a deft way that its downright exciting.
