Kate is acting very strange in that episode. What happened to?

in regards to jack and kate, i think kate went to jack to get pregnant so that she could recreate claire on the plane. maybe she struck a deal so that aaron wouldn't have to go back to the island.

and it´s also quite weird too how Jack gave in to the "don´t ask me about Aaron thing". I mean...Kate says : Don´t ask me about a 3 years old kid, and he just says OK, and rolls in the sack.
It´s quite weird. It s not like she said don´t ask me about a dog, or a haircut. It´s quite difficult to believe that Jack could accept such a condition without more questions at least. Besides that, Kate doesn´t have family that could look after the kid for the travel. Sun´s kid is with her grandma, but Aaron???
Mordant, did Kate know about "recreating the conditions?" and also, how could she be so sure she was gonna be preggers? Very interesting theory anyhow.

^I'm really not sure if Kate knew about recreating the conditions. I can only speculate that she found out some time during the period when she left Jack, Ben, Sun, and Sayid and before she went to have sex with Jack. They must have all had to have known, otherwise why would Sayid be in cuffs and why would Hurley have a guitar and be dressed like Charlie? It would also explain Kate's shady behavior. Sleeping with Jack right after yelling at him for trying to get back to the island, and then being totally cold and distant the morning after. But alas, we won't find out until Thursday, that is if they answer our questions then.

^^but the thing is belowen, the 5th season is extraordinarily complicated so you need that one week break between each episode to figure things out!! I couldn't watch this season episode after episode on dvd..my head could literally explode..

But the week long wait drives me crazy! I just can't do it anymore... Watching tv shows on DVD has spoiled me

I loved what they did with Locke's story...also..who do you think is right??windmore or ben????and how heartbroken was locke with helen? (such a good performance by terry o'quinn btw)..but do you really think helen is dead? or did windmore just planted her grave there so locke will not be distracted from his path..he planted a whole airplane with passengers on it so it wouldn't be too hard.. more questions

what i didn't like about this ep was how locke seemed a bit weak. i like it better when he is the savvy hunter type and not when he's in a wheelchair and the people he visited treated him with no respect. I also wish they would have shown more island scenes but I guess we'll have to wait until next week for that. So, if John comes back to life on the island after ben kills him, is that what happened to jack's father?

^^but that was exactly what they wanted to show about locke: that he is weak and pessimistic when he's off the island. Only there he has strength and leader qualities..

It's funny how they tried to create suspense when they showed Locked, sitting like a monk in meditation, was alive. For me his being alive was expected. I am curious if Locke was "alive" like Jack's dad and other dead people showing up on the island or if he was back to a time when he was still alive? Also...Who are Caesar and Ilana? Do they work for Widmore or Ben? They sure don't look like plane crash victims.

honestly..it's not the kind of show that could be explained easy..you really have to watch it if you're interested or leave it..so many things happened and if you only watched the first episode well...it's like you've seen nothing at all really..if you have watched the first 2-3 seasons i could be able to write some kind of summary for you but..the only thing I can say is that the oceanic 815 survivors were on the island..some of them left and now some of them are back.. and a billion other things happened in between -in the past, the present and the future!!
If you ever find the time watch it! In my opinion it's the best TV show there is (ever for me!)

I found the bit where Locke was about to hang himself so so so sad! I was blubbing like a fish!
I'm highly confused though...Is locke alive? and what is this about a war!! !
Why did Ben kill Locke?!!! Im so confused
