After all this I still don't trust either Widmore or Ben, but Widmore brought up a good point that he hasn't tried to kill Locke yet, whereas you wouldn't be able to say the same for Ben
I think they're both lying and telling the truth, but if Widmore was being the deceitful one, he's doing a pretty good job of it.
I wouldn't be surprised if Helen was still alive either.
I can't remember if I brought it up here or on a different forum but when Jack was in the butcher shop claiming Locke's body, in the scene where he was putting Christian's shoes on Locke's feet, Locke apparently had some stubble growing on his face, whereas when we first saw him in the coffin, he had none. I haven't checked back on the episode to verify this, and I don't know if would even be significant, but it kind of creeped me out..
Anyhoo, I can't wait for next week!
