What colours did the graffiti line come in? I've done searches on the net but can't find anything. Any pictures that any one has would also be good!

peach, green, and silver. pictures can be found on ebay (granted some aren't authentic but they give you an idea of the colors)

The graffiti line has:

Hat box - silver/ green
Keepall - silver/ green
Speedy - silver/ green
Pouchette - peach/ silver/ green
PTI - peach/ silver / green

Hi! I'm a freshman in high school and I just joined this site because all of ya'll seem really sweet and unfortunately, for my lack of money most of the time (lol!) I've really gotten interested in designer bags! I think I'm going to buy this Louis Vuitton bag but I wanted to know your opinions on it. I love the shape and design; it's really beautiful to me. It's $750 new and $375 used. If you've seen it or have it, please tell me what you think. Any comments, I'm ready!lol. Thanks! :p

hey shana-
i think the bag is really cute (im one of those who love multicolor lvs :D ),

but if this is your first designer bag, i wouldnt suggest buying it.

the bag is only a clutch and i dont think the $750 pricetag can be justified...
with $750, you could get some other LVs, or marcjacobs and celine bags on sale, some guccis.

you already said that you like the multicolor..
then why not get the acc pouchette instead?
they are both multicolors, the pouchette is cheaper, and they hold about the same amt of things....
this way you get to own a multicolor lv, and still have more money to save up for your next (gasp) bag :)

and if you ever get tired of the bag, you wont feel so bad because the bag wasnt that expensive.

shirley is cute, no doubt, but i feel like this bag is more formal (with dresses etc) than casual. if you are a highschool student, you wont get much use out of it.. considering its hefty $750 pricetag.. for a clutch! :ninja:

again.
if you really like the multicolor i think youd be better off buying a acc pouchette than a shirley at this point of your life. just my two cents :flower:

Quick Question: Is the Pochette Accessoires bigger than the Mini Sac HL? :flower:

Does anyone have pictures of someone carrying the Mini Sac? (I haven't gotten 'round to a store yet to look at the LV)

The Pochette Accessoires is bigger than the Mini Sac HL :flower: I prefer the Mini Sac HL in Monogram Canvas, as it is much cuter. In Monogram Multicolore, both bags are fabulous, because the Pochette Accessoires has studded hardware. Although, the Monogram Canvas Mini Pochette Accessoires, which is on the same scale as the Mini Sac HL, and the Mini Ellipse, is very cute. All bags are very much for parties or usage inside of another bag, though.

what does speedy 25 come with?

hi everyone, i am a new member, and i am new with LV
i also belong to another forum fashion 18 and i decided not to ask because to be hoenst, these girls don't know anything because they're into fakes which makes me sick to my stomach.
my cousin have bought me a mongram cherie pouchette and it came with like a carebook/story about how it got made the story behind cherie, that yellow tag, and recipt and of course the purse and dust cover in red.
however, when i bought it it didnt come with the yellow tag, and the booklet.
i bought it at holtrenfrew on bloor because the bloor LV boutique was all sold out of speedy 25. holtrefrew for those who are not familar is like a department store, however they only carry high end couture items like LV, Dior, Burberry and etc. i was wondering what does speedy 25 come with?
thanks!
ps oh the key and lock came with it too

LOL, I belong to Fashion18 as well.

My Speedy came with two keys, a lock, a care booklet, the little inventory tag with the barcode, the other tag that tells you wahat the material is, a receipt, a dustbag, and a box. But my Speedy is not from the canvas line, when I got my Papillon which is canvas it did not come with a care booklet or a box.

yeah i didnt get it... but i got the carebooklet and the tag w barcode thing for my cherie monogram pouchette... but yes, i didg et 2 keys too
can i ask where you ahve bought ur purse?
i got mine at holts because the boutique were all sold out of it. n they were also out of the box which i was looking forward to... but i got a paper bag with a ribbon because xmas just passed and they were all out of boxes...
what kind of speedy did you get?

Mine is from Holt Renfrew also! Well, originally I had the Speedy 25 from the louis Vuitton boutique, but I changed my mind and decided to get a 30. The LV boutique didn't have one so I had to get a 30 from the Holt Renfrew.

A lot of times they are quite cheap with giving out boxes, in my experience anyways. That was the first box I've been given for a bag. My Speedy is from the Epi line.

oh? you find holts to be cheaper than the boutique? i paid the same...
ne who the funniest thing happened...
my friend and i went to the boutique and there were a few ppl there and we were waiting around cuz i didnt needed to look at it i knew what i wanted. n this sales girl just got bk from her break or whatever, and asked another guy if we were being helped. and he was like yeah they're fine
n i was like excuse me, actually i want to buy speedy 25 right now.
n the guy was oh i'm sorry maam and im like yeah whatever. i know it was divaish but i hated how they thought we were fine...
i don't remember how big speedy 30 was...
i think it was bigger by 2 inches both ways or something? i thought maybe i should exchange it for speedy 30... but i really don't know...

I think she meant that LV is cheap (stingy) with the boxes for the bags, which is pretty surprising since you're spending hundreds on a bag and they wont give you a box made in china for $1?

i think they do...
i mean the guy told me it was christmas and they were all out they told me i could go to the boutique and ask for a box which i did and the only boxes they had left were for pouchetts because they were all gone from christmas

Hello, I've just recently join this forum and also a new LV addict. I have just bought the Monogram Ellipse bag in June, which i have been using ever since. I have a few questions and i dont know if it has been discussed before in this thread (i'm too lazy to read the whole 32(!) pages :P). so here goes:
1. as i said, i have been using my bag since june, and it has now darkish smudge where i have been holding the handles, is there a way that i can get rid of this?
2. is it possible to buy the LV catalogue? if yes, how much would they be?
3. is there a maintenance things that i gotta do to take care of my bag?
4. what do you guys think of the Koala wallet (monogram series)?

thanks heaps! ^_^

^personally, I think the "darkish smudge" is what gives the bag character. I think a LV bag that looks used and therefore has dark handles is sooo much more attractive than the brand new ones. I used to try hard just to acheive the "darkish smudge" look as soon as possible :flower:

really? i'm a clean freak, i get really anal about looking clean.. i absolutely LOVE my bag, since its my first one and i just feel so confident when i carry it (silly i know! i just cant help it!) anyways.. it certainly does have a character, everyone'll know i got grubby hands! ^_^

You don't need to buy the catalogue, if you ask in a boutique they will give it to you for free. But I believe it can be ordered for a cost if you call the customer service number.

I don't like monogram, but if I had to get a wallet in that line I would go for the Koala. :) It holds a lot without being bulky and it's the only one I know of that has the clear window for ID.

fashionpop -- i know what you mean about the darkish smudge. lol @ 'grubby hands'... :) it's natural, regardless of how clean your hands are..but i know the paranoia of it.. i'm anal about my bags and the patina, too.. i love the patina, but i can't STAND the 'dirty' look...there's two things i've done about that....1) don't buy lv bags with the vachetta, lol and 2) any bag i do have that has vachetta on it (those bags that you just CAN'T pass up -- i.e the vernis line!! or some of the really nice monogram styles or mc monogram), i carry it with a scarf around the handles (doesn't ahve to be tied or anything, just something wrapped around where my hand is touching..)..
that's not much help, seeing as it's already been done...
so, here's some maybe useful advice?
my sister has used a mr. clean magic eraser to clean the handles of a graffiti speedy she purchased, and it came out really nice. took off the dirt and left the patina nice. it looked kinda raw after she did it, soft-ish, like the handles first look when you buy it...but i THINK it shines up nicely after more use...(i'll have to ask her about it and go look at it and maybe take pics, if you wanna see her results before you actually take a magic clean eraser to your beloved bag!!)

agirlcalledk1 -- that'll be good thanks :) i dont know if we have any of those Mr clean magic you're talking about here in OZ. i just dont want to try anything in case i totally destroy the leather or something.. the shoes shop lady i was talking to told me to use eucalyptus oil (we have lots of those with the koalas around :)), but i dont know how or if it'll work..

yeah i see that there are a lot of people in this forum who doesnt like the monogram  i can see why, with so many fakes around.. but anyways, I love it and i know that its real.. so.. :woot:

My hubby bought me a LV bag for Christmas and I had to go back in and request a box...I do think they're pretty stingy with them too - they could at least offer and not make you ask.

As for the monogram...I think 20 - 30 years, even 50 years in the future, the LV brown monogram will still be here, like it or not. I can't say the same for any other monogram(s) bags. Personally I like it, but I can certainly see why others don't, and although I like the MC monogram OK, I myself wouldn't purchase them for use because I think it will become dated fairly quickly...collecting, well that's a whole other ballgame. JMHO...everyone should buy what they like, regardless of others opinions (however I like others opinions because I am often enlightened to things I didn't think of, or didn't know)! :flower:
