i am interested in a speedy 30. it's the only LV design i like.

i hate monograms... so that's out of the question. do any of you know if i can get the damier in the speedy 30? i know the epi line has the speedy 30, which colors are available? thanks, and i apologize if this has been brought up before. thanks.

Yes, you can special order it for an additional 30% on top of the price for the monogram speedy 30. it takes aprox. 6 months. I've been hearing mixed stories about special ordering damier speedies though, some say that LV won't do it anymore due to trouble with canvas alignment and some say that it is going to become part of the permanent collection. Call you local LV and ask or 866vuitton.

when i had mine done, it was delayed a few months because they still had to do quality testing on it...
and it's been displayed in LV boutiques AS a special order.. the rumours were most rampant when i was wiating for mine, so it made me awfully annoyed.....BUT everyone assured me that it will remain a special order ONLY.....i believe it now, since they've been showing it as a special order in boutiques....they wouldn't try to get people to order it, and then turn around and make it permanent.....it doesn't ,make sense, and they'd have a bunch of people pissed off...

Two weeks ago I saw a Damier Speedy 30 on display at the LV boutique here in Vancouver.

I just get an orange Epi Speedy 25, but I'm contemplating exchanging it for a 30. It is only $90 (Canadian) extra. Hmm...thoughts, anyone?

Im rather tall too and prefer the speedy 30. Go for the 30! You can grow out of the 25 but the 30 will be good forever! I just got my special order damier Mezzo and I love it! Its not as big as it seemed at first. I definitely grew into it!
