As mentioned above, it's Katie Grand, not Marc Jacobs.

Well she does the styling and I assume has a huge influence over the team as well. Marc has always been very open about not having to do much with the menswear. I think it's a team headed up by Katie. She develops the mood though doesn't design the clothing herself.
