Louis Vuitton Murakami / Multicolor Line

the juicy sweatsuit/uggs or denim/uggs paired with murakami...
or denim with hooded tops.. anything too casual paired with murakami, i guess.

i love these bags but i hate how so many people pair them with...
i dunno sweatpants and flipflops.. or whatever...
its a fun bag because its so colorful.. but that doesnt mean that its "casual".

i really think these bags look better if you dress up for them.
black coat with a nice cut, sharp pants and heels. with murakami.
instead of pink juicy sweatsuits, c&c top and uggs.

it all depends on what kind of stuff you pair them with.

Now that I understand what you're talking about, I know what you mean. I could see how it might work if the outfit its self was classier, and not trying so hard to be "trendy." I still can't say I'm a fan, though.

I actually don't really like the multicoloured monograms but I definitely prefer the white to the black, if I have to make a choice.

But I agree whoever posted above that the colours are so not co-ordinated!

I really think the multicolore is quite nice. A fun and humourous take on the classic monogram. It just got spoilt by all the fakes flooding the market and by all the people who wear it badly. I feel that LV should have made it a one off and stop production after the first run, but like every other conglomerate, they have to milk every possible cent from it.

I definitely like the black more than the white, it's not as common as the white. But if I was buying one I would go for the classic.

i personaly have always like the multicore, and i have a speedy that my parent bougt me...kind of like the one jessica simpson has but in black....and i love it...it's roomy and great to carry, but i rarely use it now, cause everyone i know has a version of it and most of them bought them for less than $40....i usualy wouldn't care if there were a few fake bags around, but every girl pretty much has one, and that is just weird for me......so that might make you think.....should i just buy a fake and use that money to invest in a better bag...not that i think that you should buy a fake...i think that's wrong too, but in the LV case, i don't know........

I have had mine for almost 3 years, I still love it.
I seldom wear it, but when I do wear it out its still an attention getter.
If youre a Louis fan get it! If youre a collecter like me its totally necessary.
I still wish I could find the graffiti (sp?) Vuitton.

i completely agree...when i went to italy in 2003, there was a long waiting list and supposedly i lucked out in getting the "last" one they had on hold for a customer. they said it was the last season they were carrying it, so i bought it thinking it would be "special" but as soon as i got back to hawaii...they were in all the stores!

ughhhh,such a turn off...still haven't used it till this day

Get the black...

the black is less copied (in my sector of the world) and looks more classy when paired with an elegant outfit.

Please note that the white multi-colore tends to yellow over time, a known issue by the SA's at LV. Another problem with the white is that color-dye from clothing will transfer onto the bag. As of now, the multi-colore mono. is permenant to the Vuitton line, it will be with us for a while.

When it comes to my personal wardrobe, I could care less if an item is deemed *in, out, passe, over or all the rage*. If I like it I get it. That's how one builds their own "style". Follow your instincts.

If YOU love it then you'll look great with it. Have fun shopping!

I just bought the white multicolor speedy today. I hope I like this bag!!! I have actually sold my Coach suede and gold pocket satchel on ebay and made money on it so I rolled all of that into the speedy! All of the debating on whether or not I should keep the coach and I ended up selling it! I hope I like this one!! I will let everyone know as soon as I get it!

I like the multicolor too. Its not my favorite by any means, but still kind of nice...prefer the white.

I do think its interesting that there is such a different in the quality of fakes. I've seen a couple up close and was amazed at the difference. Both disgusting though.

Get the Suhalie L'Ingenieux.....or whatever its called, its a beaut in teal or cream.

I still love the multicolore though, my girlfriend has one, its gorgeous!!!

im a die-hard LV fanatic, but i never seemed to like the Multicolours since i first saw pics of them on the runway :S though i must admit, some people carry it off very well.

i think i felt left out on the initial buzz on the multicolor so that's why i love it now lol. its a cute and fun line, i think. though i agree on how sad it is that its being faked to death.

No I ALMOST bought this bag today too but I decided the last minute no. Actually also almost bought it 2 other times, but what was holding me back? I realized that it looks cheesy, doesnt go with anything, and is a really old style, not worth the money at all. I hope you move on to bigger and better things..jessica simpson even doesnt carry it anymore..oh yah and I decided instead I would buy the monogram speedy 30 because the monogram print...NEVER goes out of style, am I right?
