i hope this wasn't posted yet. i came upon that scan on ebay, i fixed it a bit on PSP, did a crappy job, but anywho, here it is.

from SS04, one of my all time favorite collections from Vuitton, ever. the ads were also photoshop heaven. too bad there are no BTS-pics or something. there are also 2 pics with Liya Kebede. can't find them right now.

Find the missing shots is a rare find. Thanks for posting

Thanks so much. I think that is about it. I don't remember ever seeing a single page shot of Kate or another shot of Amber. I think Ambers shot appeared as a double page spread as well. I don't know how many mens shots there are.
