Please tell me what exercises eliminate them, they are driving me up a wall :( please and thank you
 
You can't really spot reduce areas. Consistent exercise will help tone the muscles but won't reduce fat in any one particular area.
Core exercises, pilates, anything that targets the abdominals and obliques could help you.
 
its the hardest place for a woman to tone up damn it!!!!! i have been doing exercises using a fit ball. it has helped a little bit but it takes time : (
 
^ The fat on the sides of the waist are called "love handles".

And it is hard to get rid of, best bet is to exercise and build muscle. That'll create an inner "corset" that helps keep everything firmer. ;)
 
Doing Russian twists(along with cardio) seemed to help for me.

for love handles theres this weight machine at my gym, you sit and hold your arms like a football post and then twist and there's weights - I am so awful at explanations but maybe someone knows what I'm talking about? I'll check the name of it next time I go

You can also do them standing, with weights.
