I agree Scott: Except that the trompe l'oeil painted outline design on the jackets are straight out of Gaultier's A/W 1989 collection: Gaultier's were in bright Lego colors. I like her version in neutrals.
I like her approach: It's a touch monastic, very refined and sleek and looks expensive, and still maintains that deadpan sense of the surreal wit that Martin injected when he was designing. None of this looks desperate, gimmicky or forced, and best of all, she shows a sophisticated restraint in her design. I do appreciate that in a designer.
