Found these last year. They're several seasons old. From what I understand, they were designed by Jonn Galliano for Christian Dior (see small CD logo on ankle strap), and manufactured by Blahnik. Can anyone confirm this or post additional info? Thanks.

Those are cute, the ankle detail is not a "D" and it looks really badly made...

But the heel height is delicious

When I photographed them the strap was open. The buckle is a "CD" logo. the production quality is really excellent....I think its my cheap digital camera that makes them look.....er....low end...

The heel and the minimalism sold me. Glad you like.

yes, it's true...manolo has designed shoes for john galliano's own label, and for christian dior ... i don't think he does anymore, but definitely did from about 1999-2002.

those look like a pair from dior's fall 2000 collection, but i think i'll reserve my judgement until i see more pictures....i'd have to see something a little less blurry, and the foot bed... the CD on the ankle strap looks a little iffy to me as well... :ninja:

Thanks for your help Brian. Sorry for the low quality of the digitals...I'll shoot the sock liner with the Dior Logo. I have a second pair based on this last. They're the more editorialized Tulle/Peau du'Soir mules with the Rhinestone buckles...Ill shoot those and post tmrw.

Oh they are lovely!
The heel and the thin strap- they are just walking sex!

At times like this I wish I had perfect feet to be able to wear shoes like that...

yup manolo designed for dior/galliano..
im not exactly sure when.. but they did work together...

Really? I didn't know that. Well, every day you learn something B)

That heel is soo sexy and that color of patent leather is really romantic. A really nice shoe overall.

Thanks everyone, for the kind comments....I stlll need to photograph the other pair...Ill be sure to include some additional of the sandal. Its super elegant and looks great on the foot.

blahnik does shoes for others quite often

he did it for Zac Posen, Proenza Shouler, and I believe Tuleh (not 100% on that)

a pair of the 5" sandals from john galliano's spring 2001 collection, by manolo blahnik, are on sale now on ebay for only $10! they're a sample directly from the runway show, keyed on the bottom and everything.
