Marc Jacobs F/W 07.08 by Juergen Teller

It's sort of cute. Has a vintage-y feel to it. :) I can't see it very well though. I'd like it if it was bigger...
I wonder if anyone can ID the models!

^the models are Hartje,Ayona Osmanova and Olga. This was my fave collection so i wish we could see these amazing outfits better(And Alyona)but i love the colors and looking forward to more.

Looks different but I like it. Thanks for scanning :flower:

I love that this ad makes me want to see more, but its a bit aggravating, well its better than Dakota Fanning.

Now we're getting somewhere. Much better. I love how you can see the photographer's reflection. Teller is a master!

what others models will appear in these ads?

According to the FW07 campaign thread, the models appearing in this campaign are Anna Barsukova, Cecilia Mendez, Hye Park, Daiane Conterato, Caroline Demarqui, Alana Zimmer, Alyona Osmanova, Olga Sherer, Mina Cvetkovic, Tania Chubko, Danielle Hamm, Harje Andesen, and Cicely Telman.

I think the miniture-ness of the photos in the campaign is there to make a point. It's minimalism - just like the collection. The campaign, like the clothes, are an attempt to create something simple, uncomplicated and pure.

I like what they stand for - simplicity - especially when you know all the other ad campaigns will go overboard with color and composure etc..

 Jurgen and MJ are a perfect match!

Yes the small images are big annoying, considering what an interesting and grand concept Marc worked with this season. Still, I actually like the smaller portrait style images for the accessories, like Cicely's ad. I do however agree that its not exactly adventageous to show the collection in the same small images.

I'm still holding out that there will be a big two page ad featuring all 13 girls, without the heavy negative space.

Exactly; the main reason the pictures are so small is so that viewers will want to see more and thus look into the collection. Making the advertisements like this was actually a rather smart move on someone's part.
