Marc Jacobs F/W 2015.16 by David Sims

 it was amazing and cute when Marc casted Elle and Dakota for the campaign, but its out of the ordinary to cast Willow who seems to fit the theme perfectly...

Dakota and Elle are serious actresses who've accomplished a lot due to their talent. What has Willow Smith, whose only claim to fame is her parents, accomplish to be featured in a campaign alongside a legend like Cher?

It could have been Jaden guys. It. could. have. been. Jaden. So I'll take Willow's shot with some positivity to it.

Landing a campaign literally has nothing to do with "deserving."

I actually really love Willow's shot. She looks great.

^^ Or we can move on from four years ago and listen to how her sound has changed since than. Willow paring with Cher maybe odd but I think the idea of this campaign is about celebrating inspiring women. I personally think Willow a cool kid who has potential in music. I think her shot great.

It may not to people who make the campaign but it certainly does to the fans. Campaigns or covers, we always talk about "deserving" or not. Why compare Willow to Fannings anyway? What do they have in common?

They have one thing in common, they are both filthy rich.

we're comparing them because both girls were around the same age when they scored a MJ campaign.

when dakota got the campaign she had just come out as the "it" girl. Willow, has actually been pretty active this year with her music career and is releasing an album. Whether you pay attention to her or not doesn't mean she isn't active and/or is riding on the coattail of her parents. Shes actually a really intelligent young female and is very outspoken about race and feminism.

But, I dont remember the last time that made anyone worthy of a campaign. Stacy Martin was in one movie, and she has had multiple Miu Miu campaigns. In those threads no one is discrediting her role in an ad campaign.

I despise Willow and Jaden very much (that's a topic for another day), but I give credit where it's due and Willow does look good!

That awkward moment when you thought Cher was Bella Hadid...

Anthony Kiedis and son is a win for me, one of very few celebrities I would actually enjoy seeing in a magazine.

How can you have so much hate against innocent children?

:rolleyes::rolleyes: Darling, Jaden is only 3 years younger than me, and Willow is 14 which makes her an adolescent. What makes me absolutely not able to stand them (which by the way does not equate to hating them) is how incredibly pretentious they are in interviews. How I feel about certain things they've said in specific interviews is incredibly off topic.

Like I said, I give credit where it's due, and Willow should be given credit because she looks good.

I think Mr. Jacobs is trying to achieve too much with this campaign... there's some kind of identity crisis... yet he is trying to hit all possible audiences... it's almost like a department store advert... I enjoy the diversity (age, race, iconic, not so iconic, etc.) but something is off...

Issa Lish, Hanne Gaby Odiele, Riley Montana, Aamito Lagum, and several other models are in this campaign
