Marc Jacobs S/S 08 NYC

But thats the point Marc is trying to suggest - that sexuality can be something completely different to what society standards suggest it is today.

It's very intelligent if I must say so myself ^_^

Yes, or very pretentious.

Sorry, I'm not trying to Marc bash, I'm actually a bit of a fan of his.

But somebody has to point out that the emperor has no clothes, from time to time, before fashion disappears up its own surreal bottom.

I imagine it has some sort of invisible support, stemming from the ball of the foot, underneath the insole?

I have seen this sort of thing before, but I can't remember where...

I do agree he may not have to think about producing anything attractive or wearable since it obviously sells well enough on its own to have a growing empire.

I thought it was his bags and other accessories that sold the best?

Many of the clothes in his collections are great, too, but I just don't think that the clothes in this particular collection are his best work, that's all.

Are you, honestly, trying to tell me that you think clothes with trompe l'oeil underwear are something that even the avant-garde will wear?

As I keep saying, the accessories are amazing. :D
