Aw i loveeee the picture with Ella Fitzgerald, they were always so good to each other,at that time when "certain" club owners wouldnt give Fitzgerald gigs because of being racist, Monroe would call in favours, even promise she will come to the club if Ella is singing, always thought that was amazingly generous from her.
