I don't really like Marshall's in Washington DC (Pentagon City) for clothes shopping. I always find decent every day shoes for really low price. They also have some nice winter jackets, but I never bought any clothes.
ChrissyM, do you still have that Williamson dress?
I worry about buying items like that because so many times there is damage or SOMETHING is wrong with those higher ticket items. People rifle through those racks like there's no tomorrow.

yes! i do still have the matthew williamson dress
i actually wore it to a wedding last summer in Jordan and am hoping for an occasion where it will be appropriate for me to wear it again...
i'm actually really surprised that i bought the dress in perfect condition..
especially since it's so heavy and has all that metal mesh embroidery..
it was a really lucky, fun, buy for me
i have to agree that i tend to find better stuff at tjmaxx though...
especially now that they have the runway section there...
When I'm in the right mindset, I can make some amazing finds at Marshalls.
I got this black jersey top in the plus-size section with these round beads on the neckline for $20. It fits very big, but would look amazing tucked into a high-waisted skirt.
