Max Mara F/W 2024.25: Ali Dansky, Bibi Breslin, Luiza Perote by Craig McDean

Max Mara is like the perfect office brand. So to it in that kind of environment (or at least that evokes that) is fresh.

Good campaign and a nice twist to the white backgrounds we have been used to.

Young models posing with exaggerated leg strides isn't selling me sophistication, it's like taking the Ministry of Funny Walks into the office with you.

I get what they were going for, but small things can undermine the gravitas they're trying to convey.

Bibi's belly area looks evidenced on the 1st shot.
The photography style reminds me of Lemaire...

The campaign isn't bad but it isn't innovative. Could it have been taken by Ethan James Green or Craig McDean? However, it reminds me a bit of SS24, I'll leave you a photo below

I don't like it. These girls are not taking it beyond department store.

Let's be honest it's a fail, the light does'nt work, the ridiculous strides don't work, the cast doesnt work ( certainly not in an office) It's dated, its dull. Peccato.

It's still looking like a bunch of kids following the advice "dress for the job you want, not the one you've got" when their current job is to scurry out to do errands for the rest of the office.
